New sketch challenge

 Hi everyone,

I know it has been a long time since I posted.  I have been posting more on my instagram feed, t.made.gallery, more out of convenience than anything else. I have still been creating, although, not as much. Life certainly has changed since my last post here.

I have been working on Christmas cards, and wanted to try this sketch at Freshly Made Sketches:

Here is my card for the current challenge #564:

Hopefully, you will see me more often here or on instagram.  Take care, and thanks for stopping by.

Bugaboo Be Naughty

Hi everyone,

Another bugaboo image and another great sketch challenge to play in.  I had started coloring this image a few weeks ago with no plan in mind, but I knew I would use it soon. This sketch challenge just seemed to work perfectly. I am going to join a few other challenges since their are lots of us making Christmas cards right now.

Thanks for stopping by.

O Christmas tree

Hi Everyone,

I have a few Christmas cards on the go right now, but when I saw the challenge at Meljen's I thought I would stop the card I was working on and participate.  It has been a long time since I have joined in on a challenge.  I chose a fairly easy image to color up, and although you can't see it, the garland is colored with a silver glitter pen to give it a bit of glitz.  Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

I am a winner on Meljen's challenge blog.  Thanks so much.  I can't wait to have a chance to play again with my new images.

My first Christmas card 2011

Hi Everyone,

This card is made with the new Crafts Too embossing folder. The brads were from one of my local craft stores, and the Santa stamp is from my stash (sorry, I don't remember what brand).

I would like to submit this into the following challenges:
I would like to specially thank Pile it on challenge blog for introducing me to a whole new world of challenges. I hope to be back again soon with a few more cards to share.
Cheers, Tanya

More Christmas cause ...

Hi everyone,
Here is another Christmas card, only because I still have not found any time to work in my craft room. The one and only card I have made this year, I forgot to take a picture of. :s I wasn't even able to find time to make my hubby a valentine's day card. :(
For this card, I used Sizzix embossing folder and die-cut, Martha Stewart punch, Tria markers, and some handmade papers. I used Flock on his hat and the stockings.
Hopefully, I will get more time to craft soon. Until then, thanks for your patience.
Cheers, Tanya R.

Another Christmas card

Here is another of my Christmas card designs for 2010. I dry embossed some silver sheer paper for the background. I like how it turned out. The cardstock is from DCWV. Thanks for stopping by. Tanya R.

Busy, busy, busy

I feel awful that I haven't been posting for awhile. Life just got so busy, I had very little time to myself. The only cards I have to show are for Christmas, even though I know everyone is over Christmas and onto Valentine's day. I hope you will still enjoy them.
This card was made using Little Loud Stamps. The punch is from eksuccess and is actually a flower underneath the snowflake, but the swirls reminded me of a snow drift. There is a little bit of glitter on the snow, but it doesn't show very well.
Enjoy your evening and thanks for stopping by. Tanya.
