More Christmas cards

This is another favorite from Local King Rubber stamps. It's great for the outdoor sports enthusiasts I know.

This card was fun to make, although I had no template to cut it out with. I got the glitter idea from another blog and I love the effect. The snowman is a sticker I got from the dollar store and the ribbon came from Michael's.

This card is stamped with one of my faves from Local King Rubber stamps. I love this stamp because I have a lot of hockey fans in my family. The snowflake paper was a freebie from one of the magazines that I get and I used Crayola markers to colour the scene. I also like this card because it could be used for any winter occasion.

Wow, I can't believe how time flies...

Work has kept me pretty busy lately and the excitement of the Olympics has rubbed off a little. Yay Canada! I have been working on a few projects, but none of them are finished. I do have more Christmas cards I would like to show. This stamp is from Pink Cat Studio and coloured with watercoloured pencils.

A merry Magnolia Christmas

Here is one of my favorite Christmas card designs this year. I used a Magnolia stamp for the girl and the message is a just-rite stamp from their Christmas collection. I cut the circles with Nestabilities dies.

Baby gift

Hello,

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and I wish everyone a happy 2010. I know I should probably be showing off my Christmas cards, but I have been meaning to post a baby boy card and gift I made for a co-worker and friend. We knew the sex ahead of time, which made things a little easier. The photo above was taken by Joanna Johnstone.

another birthday card

Hello,
I hope everyone is staying dry and warm. This card was made for my very dear friend for her birthday. The fairy stamp is from VIVA Las Vegas stamps. She is colored with Tria markers and I stamped it on Acrylic paper which gives it a much different look. The background paper is from DCWV. I am, of course, working on Christmas cards right now, but I haven't taken any pics of them yet. I certainly hope I get them all done in time! :s I have also completed a baby card and gift cake for my co-worker who leaves us on Friday (will miss her). I will try to post those pics soon.
