Flower window card May 2024

I made this card with some leftover flower paper and a simple flower sticker. I wasn't too sure what I was going to do with the paper until I found the sketch for Freshly Made sketch #636. It's not a perfect likeness to the sketch because the length of the strips weren't long enough. I colored the image using Tria markers.

I made a quick card to submit into the Freshly Made Sketch challenge # 625. I enjoy joining in on the challenges. They are a great way to get out of a rut. The butterfly paper is from a Recollections collection. The die is from Sizzix Butterfly borders.

A Valentine's challenge 2024

Hello everyone,

It's been another snowy day here on the West coast, so I took some time to enjoy working in my craft room. I just completed a difficult year-end at work, so making a card clears my head and brings me joy. I decided to follow the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches #619, and then saw the color challenge from The Color Throwdown challenge #776. My third challenge is from Tic Tac Toe challenge blog # 239 with the top row across: Heart, embellishment, and Pink.
